Our coffee story
We love specialty coffee. Since 2002, our search for the best beans has taken us from Guatemala to Brazil, Ethiopia and California.

Lebkov x Moto Coffee
Together with Moto Coffee, we chose an organic coffee with a traceable origin and a fair price. Organic farming avoids artificial pesticides and fertilisers, which is better for the soil, for biodiversity and for the health of the farmers.
Our beans are roasted every week on an energy-efficient roaster that uses 80% less gas than a conventional one. The roastery has A+++ insulation and solar panels.
Packaging and delivery
Our coffee is shipped in boxes made from 90% recycled cardboard, with labels printed on Paperwise paper. Most deliveries are made with electric vans.
The machines
There are countless espresso machines, but we fell for the handmade La Marzocco machines we discovered in Florence. We use filtered water and Victoria Arduino grinders, and our baristas pull every shot by hand.
The milk
Our dairy milk comes from Kalverliefde, a biodynamic farm. It is unprocessed, and the calves stay with their mothers for longer. Prefer plant-based? We have Oatly, Sproud, and organic almond, soy and coconut milk from Rude Health, all at the same price.
