Assistant coffee and lunch shop manager job in Amsterdam
Lebkov started in 2002 with one shop next to Leiden Centraal. Today we have seven shops in five cities, and our goal is still the same: to make someone’s day a little better, with good coffee, honest food and a moment of rest. Our shops at Zuidas (opened in 2018) and Roeterseiland (opened in 2021) both have big teams and room for an Assistant Store Manager. Together with the Store Manager, you lead an international team of around 30 people and make sure that happens, every day.

- Help the Store Manager lead and coach the team, and help new colleagues learn something new every shift.
- Help with the roster and the weekly order, based on data, so we keep waste low.
- Take the lead on the floor when the Store Manager is not there.
- Keep quality, hygiene and service at the Lebkov standard.
- Work on the floor as one team: we do everything together, at the coffee machine, the counter and in the kitchen.
Who you are
- You are positive. That matters most to us.

- You speak Dutch and/or English.
- You can work at least 4 days a week, during peak hours.
- Experience leading a team in hospitality, coffee or retail is a plus, not a must. We love to teach you.

Which shop will I work at?
At Lebkov Roeterseiland (Roetersstraat 15) or Lebkov Zuidas (Claude Debussylaan 130). Both shops are looking for an assistant.
How many days a week?
At least 4 days a week, 32 to 38 hours.
Do I need management experience?
No. Experience leading a team in hospitality, coffee or retail is a plus, not a must. We love to teach you.
Do I need to speak Dutch?
Dutch and/or English is fine. We are an international team and speak both.
What is the salary?
Your salary is according to the Horeca CAO. You also get unlimited coffee during your shift, staff discount and food.
