Lebkov started in 2002 with one shop next to Leiden Centraal. Today we have seven shops in five cities, and our goal is still the same: to make someone’s day a little better, with good coffee, honest food and a moment of rest. Lebkov Zuidas opened in 2018. As Team Member there, you are part of an international team of around 30 people. We would love it if you can work 16 hours a week or more, but from 8 hours is fine too.

- Make coffee at the espresso machine, with our organic specialty coffee.
- Help people at the counter, so they leave a little happier than they came in.
- Help in the kitchen with our homemade food.
- Keep the shop clean and tidy, together with your colleagues.
- Work as one team, and learn something new every shift.
Who you are
- You are positive. That matters most to us.
- You believe in learning and have a growth mindset.
- You like working with people.
- You speak Dutch and/or English.
- You can work at least 8 hours a week, preferably 16 or more.
- Barista or hospitality experience is a plus, not a must. We love to teach you.

How many hours do I need to work?
At least 8 hours a week. We prefer 16 hours or more, and full-time is possible too.
Do I need barista experience?
No. Experience is a plus, not a must. We love to teach you.
Where is the shop?
Lebkov Zuidas is at Claude Debussylaan 130 in Amsterdam.
Do I need to speak Dutch?
Dutch and/or English is fine. We are an international team and speak both.
What is the salary?
Your salary is according to the Horeca CAO. You also get unlimited coffee during your shift, staff discount and food.
