Coffee and lunch shop manager job in Leiden
Lebkov started in 2002 with one shop next to Leiden Centraal. Today we have seven shops by the station, and our goal is still the same: to make someone’s day a little better, with good coffee, honest food and a moment of rest. As Store Manager, you lead an international team of 25 to 30 people and make sure that happens, every day.

- Lead and coach your team, and help new colleagues learn something new every shift.
- Plan the roster and keep labour costs on track.
- Order once a week, based on data, so we keep waste low.
- Keep quality, hygiene and service at the Lebkov standard.
- Work on the floor as one team: we do everything together, at the coffee machine, the counter and in the kitchen.
Who you are
- You are positive. That matters most to us.
- You believe in learning and have a growth mindset.
- You like people and numbers equally.
- You speak Dutch and/or English.
- You can work during peak hours, 4 or 5 days a week, Monday to Friday.
- Experience leading a team in hospitality, coffee or retail is a plus, not a must. We love to teach you.

Do I need management experience?
No. Experience leading a team in hospitality, coffee or retail is a plus, not a must. We love to teach you.
How many hours is this job?
32 to 38 hours a week, over 4 or 5 days, Monday to Friday.
Where is the shop?
Lebkov Leiden is at Bargelaan 8, right next to Leiden Centraal and opposite the LUMC.
Do I need to speak Dutch?
Dutch and/or English is fine. We are an international team and speak both.
What is the salary?
Your salary is according to the Horeca CAO. You also get unlimited coffee during your shift, staff discount and food.
