At Lebkov Utrecht we’re looking for a manager who sets the example together with the crew. Someone who gets energy from working side by side, improving every day and building a place where both guests and team feel at home.

👀 What you’ll do
Lead the team (10–40 colleagues) and coach them to grow.
Make sure guests feel welcome and quality is top notch.
Keep an eye on planning, purchasing, stock and HACCP.
Bring ideas to make the team and guest experience even better.
Be the go-to person on the floor and towards HQ.

🙌 What you bring
Experience in hospitality, food service or F&B [leadership is a plus].
You motivate and coach with clarity and energy.
You keep overview and notice details, even in busy moments.
You speak fluent Dutch.
You’re flexible [mornings, afternoons, weekends].
You’re ambitious and want to grow with Lebkov.
You love fresh, homemade & organic food — and good coffee.
